He solved my issue over the phone. After the huge storm/super cell we had last night, I couldn’t figure out how to get my garages back online. After trying the breakers, nothing worked. Steve knows everything!! There truly isn’t anything that we can’t call him about. He helped with lighting in our closet, jeep electric plug in in the garage, and now a fan in the back! You don’t need anyone else for electric except for Steve!!

I hired Steve to replace my 200 amp main service panel as my existing one was completely full, and I needed additional capacity for future upgrades. Additionally, I wanted new grounding rods (the previous ones were rotten), a meter base replacement, and a new whole-home surge protector. From start to finish, Steve was always quick to respond, professional, courteous, and, above all, honest. This was the original panel on the house. When digging into the job, Steve found some lackluster work performed by the builders and the previous owner that caused more hassle than he originally planned. Nonetheless, Steve was able to remove the old panel and install the new one all within the same day, ensuring we weren't without power in the Texas heat. He cleaned up the other random bits around the panel (some old sprinkler controller, random cables, etc.) and made sure everything was level and clean. Even though there was extra work he didn't expect, he stuck with his original estimate, showing his commitment to doing right by the customer and being honest to his word. Coming from a small Midwestern town, I have found it hard to find companies or contractors like Steve. The DFW area seems to have a lot of companies that are either shady or try to inflate prices to take advantage. I did not feel any of that with Steve and will 100% recommend him to anyone who needs electrical work. I am glad to have found Accurate Electric LLC and plan on continuing to use their services for future electrical needs.

Update: We called upon Accurate Electric once again. This time to replace our old defective breaker box and run a new power cable to the outside AC unit. Steve went above and beyond to complete the work along with solving a very difficult attic access issue. He is punctual, honest and incredibly competent. Steve is our 'go to' electrician from now on.
Have used Accurate Electric’s services for three years now. We have an old East Dallas home, 95 y/o (Vickery Place) and Steve DeLeon has treated our baby with great care. Steve is very experienced, provides excellent service and is very responsive. He put in all new electrical systems for a kitchen and laundry renovation, and additional LED lighting and remedial work for the rest of the house. I would reccomend him to anyone, for anything from a simple repair to a more intensive remodel project. I intend to use his services again for future projects.

I called Steve late in the day with an urgent request. He worked his schedule around to accommodate my need and showed up to fix the problem at 8am the following day. My pool equipment was not powering up, and he was able to detect the problem, fix a prior electrician's work and restored power to the pool. In addition to that, he was able to work with our pool company over the phone to diagnose and fix a pool related issue that he also noticed. It was absolutely refreshing to see someone so interested in providing a solution for his client and going above and beyond what was asked of him. If possible, Accurate Electric would get 100 stars... Steve had to make numerous trips to my home just to correct improperly electrical systems installed by another company. Steve arrived each time as scheduled and made sure my electrical systems met mandated codes. He's extremely knowledgeable of electrical systems; taking time to answer all questions. He's personable, courteous, and very professional. If you want peace of mind, with the assurance of the job being done right the first time, I recommend Accurate Electric. We had our inside electric panel removed upgraded panel and meter placed outside our home. Estevan went above and beyond he prepared all the work he could before oncor cutting my lights of for me to not be without power for a long time, he got my permits out reached out to the city inspector completed per requirements passed my electric permits. I highly recommend him.
